What Matters Most? Community values workshops

What do you love about where you live?
What do you want to protect for the future?
Help shape our region’s disaster adaptation planning
The NSW Reconstruction Authority is developing the Northern Rivers’ first Disaster Adaptation Plan (DAP) — an action plan to reduce risk and prepare for natural hazards, climate change and future challenges.
What do you value?
This workshop is an opportunity for you to contribute to this planning process. Whether you’ve lived here your whole life or just arrived, your perspective matters.
Join residents from across the Northern Rivers to share what you care about and what concerns you.
We’ve designed a meaningful, interactive workshop where you can share what you value most about where you live — what you want to protect, what concerns you and what priorities should guide our region’s future.
Your insights shape planning
Everything shared will contribute to the evidence base for the Disaster Adaptation Plan. All participants will have access to insights gathered from all workshops across the Northern Rivers.
Register today to join one of our upcoming workshops in Murwillumbah, Grafton and Mullumbimby.
